广州市天河区建设工程项目代建局近期拟对天河路商圈升级改造项目-城市灯光、标识、艺术景观规划设计方案项目进行竞赛，欢迎有兴趣的潜在单位积极参与。

二、 项目概况：

受广州市天河区政府委托，天河区建设工程项目代建局拟对《天河路商圈升级改造项目城市灯光、标识、艺术景观规划设计》项目进行竞赛，设计范围将包括西起天河立交，东至岗顶，北至天河北路，南至黄埔大道，以天河路为核心轴线，全长约2.8公里，总面积约4.5平方公里。

旨在通过引入优秀的规划设计单位，制定详细的城市规划设计方案，有效整合天河路商圈及其周边的现有优质商贸资源，联通与优化商业空间环境，加强人文艺术氛围，改善公共交通组织，营造城市完整空间夜景观光网络，进一步提升城市生活品质，在完善“购物天堂”功能的基础上，加强面向地区性旅游和商务客群的消费服务及公共服务配套，打造国际高端时尚商业新领地、珠三角世界级城市群服务新高地、广东国际商贸中心核心承载区，塑造亚太潮流生活时尚引领区，境筑美丽商都绿色人文窗口区，成为广州新时期城市更新与商贸服务功能专项升级发展的样板区。

三、 规划设计方案要求：

规划设计方案内容主要包括天河路商圈升级改造项目中涉及有关城市灯光、标识、公共艺术、城市家具、公共空间广告等内容进行规划设计（详见附件2: 采购人需求意向）。

Agent Construction of Construction Project Administration, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, propose to organize the Planning Design Competition of Tianhe Road Shopping District’s City Lights, Logos, Landscape Upgrading Project recently, and the potential firms who interest in the Competition are welcomed to be active participants. Relate issues of the Project Pre-announcement as follows:

Project Name:
Planning Design Competition of Tianhe Road Shopping District’s City Lights, Logos, Landscape Upgrading Project.
II. Project Profile:
Agent Construction of Construction Project Administration, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, is commissioned by the Government of Tianhe District to organize the Planning Design Competition of Tianhe Road Shopping District’s City Lights, Logos, LandscapeUpgrading Project. The scope of this design will include Tianhe Interchange and Gangding from west to east, Tianhe North Road and Huangpu Road from north to south, and take Tianhe Road as the core axis. The complete length is about 2.8 km, with a total area of about 4.5 square kilometers.
The proposal aim to introduce outstanding planning and design firms to set the detailed proposal of City Planning Design, and integrate high-quality commercial resources effectively in and around Tianhe Road shopping district to associate and optimize the commercial space environment. In order to further enhance the quality of urban life, the proposal also aims to strengthen the human art’s atmosphere and improve the organization of public transport, and create a whole sightseeing network of the city’s night scene. Based on improving the "shopping paradise" feature, boosting the supporting measures of regional tourism and business travelers’ consumer and public service to shape up an international and upmarket fashion business new territory, and world-class new heights of metropolitan service in Pearl River Delta, and the core bearing zone of Guangdong international Trade Center. Moreover, the proposal also aims to forge a leading lifestyle area of the Asia-Pacific region and create an open area of the beautiful commercial town with Green humanities, become a model district of the urban regeneration in a new era and the upgrading of the special commerce services in Guangzhou.

Planning Design Proposal

The content of the planning design proposal mainly include the upgrading project of Tianhe Road shopping district relates to the planning and design of the city lights, logos, public art, urban furniture, public advertising and other content (see the Appendix 2: The intent of Purchaser needs).
IV. Registration requirements:

The project is recently proposing to begin competing, in order to ensure the smooth running of the project, the planning and design firms intend to participate in this competition need to submit the relevant registration materials as the following requirements:
1. Registration time: From 8th/May/2015 to 17:30, 28th/May/2015. All the registration documents submitted overdue will be rejected.
2. Registration materials should follow the format which attached behind this announcement and bind photocopy as a book type, stapled paper size is A4, set covers, each page stamped with the company seal. Registration material should have the original version, a copy version, and a set of electronic version.
3. Registration information submission process: The project accept on-site registration and mail registration in two ways. The registration information can be scanned and sent to the mailbox for registering, or be submitted at the scene for registering.
